PumpkinFest seeks Vendors/ Sponsors/Children’s Activities

Fair Hours: Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-5pm

Welcome to the 5th annual Kiwanis Hudson PumpkinFest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 14th, 15th and 16th at the Hills House Grounds (across from Alvirne High School) Rt. 102,  in Hudson, NH . We have opportunities for area groups, organizations, PTO’s, etc to become vendors, sponsors, raffle donors, volunteers, and whatever else you can think of to become involved.

This year we are expanding to a full carnival for 3 days, and crafters and vendor spaces are available for all 3 days. Last year we had over 2,500 people come thru for a one day, Saturday event. This year we expect up to 7,000 for the weekend.

The point of the event is to have a safe, fun-filled day with a Halloween/Pumpkin theme.

The event is patterned after the Keene PumpkinFest, with a day filled with kids activities, people selling things, raising money for things, cooking and selling food, playing games for kids, bounce houses, raffles and prizes, and capped off with jack-o-lanterns aglow on the bleachers.

Non-Profit organizations geared to children can have space for FREE provided they provide some type of fun, free game/activity for kids for the entire day!

Proceeds from table space and sponsorships will benefit the charitable causes of the Hudson Kiwanis and other groups involved.

The event is FREE for all, and there will be plenty of parking at the event field.

We have enclosed a vendor sign-up form if you would like to be involved. If you have ideas or suggestions, or would like to help out the day of the event or in pre-planning, please call Mike Falzone at the Hudson-Litchfield News at 603-880-1516. Our only goal is to start off with a fun event for families- so we are wide open to suggestions, and welcome your support.

 Thank You. Mike

PLEASE NOTE THIS AN OUTDOOR EVENT..............RAIN OR SHINE-
