Hours:  Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday11am – 7pm, Sunday 11am-5pm

Set Up Times: Saturday, The PumpkinFest grounds will be open at Friday at 10AM, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. for vendor setup. All booths must be completely setup by 10:30 a.m.  (There will be security on the grounds overnight, however you are responsible for your own site overnight! We make no guarantees!) 

Vendor Rules and Information

1. Original Certificate of Insurance must accompany application for any food vendor.

2. Vendors must participate for the full day each day you select. Arrangements can be made to put you in a spot that can allow for early leaving. Please ask.

3. Vendors must provide own table(s), extension cords if needed, and tents.

4. NO personal vehicles allowed on site after set-up is complete. During carnival/ operation hours, you will have to carry your equipment off the grounds. NO Vehicles! The safety of the children and patrons comes first.
5. If your camping, we have an electricity fee- you will not be allowed to hook-up if you don’t pay the $25 electricity fee.

6. Vendors must stay WITHIN assigned areas.  You must sell or promote from your space.  We do not allow walk-around vendors.  We do not allow vendors to approach the public in public pathways.  Vendors who violate this rule will be asked to leave the premises, all space rental and electrical fees will be forfeited. No Politicking!

7. NO PETS allowed on grounds unless properly leashed. Children’s safety comes first!

8. The PumpkinFest Committee will determine vendor location.  We will attempt to  honor requests for specific locations with preference going to early applications.   However, there are no guarantees. Early Reservations are booked in spaces first!

9.The PumpkinFest Committee and the Hudson Kiwa­­nis reserves the right to refuse any application for reasons including but not limited to: appropriateness, duplication and failure to supply insurance, a bad attitude, etc.

The Pumpkin Fest will be held at The Hills House Grounds
