may stay open til 11 Friday and Saturday!

No spot can be
reserved! Non competes will only be honored when we have your check-

15th and Pay for Electricity One Day and get the entire weekend for that

We map out the entire grounds, if you do not book
an extra space, you will NOT be allowed more than a 10x10 spot,
you will have other vendors on both sides of you- we had 60 vendors last
year for a one day event. Please plan ahead!

Please remit any balance due or insurance certificate by October 10,
2010.. Vendor/FoodSites will be assigned first come/first served. Special
requests/needs will be met as possible. Vendors must remove all of their
own trash. You may set up canopies/tents in the allowed 10’ x 10’ space,
no vehicles will be allowed on the field area after 1/2 Hour before open!,
but there will be other areas available for trailer/vehicle set-up if
needed.

All applications must be received by the Hudson PumpkinFest by October 10,
2010. All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and any other
items which they need. The PumpkinFest grounds will be open at Friday at
2PM, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m. for vendor setup. All booths must be
completely setup by 11:00 a.m. The Hudson PumpkinFest Committee reserves
the right to refuse any application for whatever reason and to limit the
items and activities offered by any vendor at PumpkinFest.
